He is a retired Submarine Commanding Officer, Captain (R), TUR Navy, served for 23 years in active service. He received his MS degree in Operations Research from Northeastern University, Boston, USA. He works as a Senior Lead Military IS Expert in the Underwater C4ISR Directorate, Command Control, and Defense Technologies at HAVELSAN.
