Andrew Martin is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. Over a 30 year career he has worked primarily on the survivability of UK warships to weapon attack, focussing on designing resilient systems for ships such as the Type 26, Type 31 and Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers as well as both crewed and uncrewed underwater vehicles. He is currently the Principal Consultant for Marine Survivability in QinetiQ.
