Bill has worked in Defence for most of his 40+ year career and is an expert in underwater acoustics, submarine stealth and signature control. In that time, he has lived and worked in the UK, Australia, Taiwan and Canada for academic, government Defence organisations and Defence industry. He was a leading expert on submarine Target Echo Strength and Technical Manager for Underwater Signatures in the UK, the Signature and Acoustics Manager and Survivability Assurance Manager for current and future submarine projects in Australia and is currently a Principal Stealth Specialist for BMT UK Ltd.
