Erdem is a co-founder and Managing Director for Speeder Systems. He has been working on unmanned systems since 2008. He has developed drones up to 1.7 tons and has worked on jet powered and cargo drones as well. Erdem's primary focus areas for work were around certification, testing, innovation and business development. 

As a business developer and innovator he has led projects worth 20 million Euros and has been part of the team that was awarded Crystal Cabin Award with Airbus. He has a BSc. degree in Aerospace Engineering and MSc. degree in Engineering Management.
