Jake is BMT's Global Head of Innovation and Research, overseeing the organisation's internal research portfolio, driving industry-academic collaboration and responsible for bringing new technologies / ways of working into the business. He is a chartered engineer and Member of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects. In addition to his role at BMT, Jake is an honorary associate professor at the University of Exeter, recognised for his contributions to academic-industry partnerships.
