John Sutcliffe has a wealth of experience in maritime capability. He has a military background in maritime aviation, surface warfare, training, capability management and procurement and also enjoyed an exchange with the USN in N8 Task Force ASW. His military career was followed by employment in several defence and security organisations as an employee and consultant before joining Raytheon UK as Head R@C Naval Power. In recent years John has been actively involved in MCM, ASW and maritime platform autonomy . Raytheon currently provide the towed sonar AQS20C to the USN programme of record for MCM.
