Justin Quinn is the Director of NATO Maritime Unmanned Systems Innovation Coordination Cell (MUSIC^2) and the Secretary of the NATO Joint Capabilities Group for Maritime Unmanned Systems (JCGMUS). He is an entrepreneur and attorney who has established a portfolio of businesses and served as a lead advisor specializing in acquisitions and leadership strategy in the small to mid-size markets.  he is a Captain Select in the United States Navy and has a B.S in Engineering from the University of Connecticut, a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
