Marina Rantanen-Modéer is head of Autonomy and Guidance, Navigation and Control at Saab Kockums Underwater Systems, in Linköping, Sweden. She did her PhD research at the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany, on the modeling of Cyber-Physical Systems based on partial and heterogeneous models. Prior to that she worked as a graduate robotics engineer at the Human Spaceflight Division of the European Space Agency in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. Her research interests include Systems Engineering, Complex Systems Modelling and AI-driven Autonomy among other topics.
