Nacy Setchell is a retired Royal Canadian Navy Commander who commanded HMCS Charlottetown as her final posting. A Warfare Officer with a broad experience, Nancy joined OSI Maritime in January 2024 and has now taken the lead as the lead for Autonomy within OSI Maritime, including managing the development and adoption of the Collision Avoidance Decision Aid (CAD) capability, the subject of the proposed paper.
