Ray Browne has over 25 years of experience in underwater acoustic design and research experience. He has a background in Electronic and Computer Engineering and a PhD in underwater acoustics. His career commenced with signature management of helicopters. Ray has been with Tods since 2018 and has spearheaded Tods Development Test Centre facility.
