Reinier Tan holds an M.Sc. degree in Astrophysics from Leiden University. Since joining the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) in 2009, he has contributed to the Defence, Safety and Security division for over 16 years. His work spans a broad range of topics, including advanced radar signal processing, Non-Cooperative Target Recognition (NCTR), and Electronic Support Measures (ESM).
