Siobhan Banks is a Professor of Psychology at UniSA and Director of the Behaviour-Brain-Body Research Centre. Her research focuses on the interactions between biology, behavior, and technology. She collaborates with 24/7 industries like healthcare, transportation, defence, and aerospace to enhance worker performance, health and well-being. She has received over $11M in funding for research ranging from basic to applied. In 2019 she was awarded the Australian Council Graduate Research Award for Excellence in Promoting Industry Engagement in Graduate Research and in 2021 she was a finalist for the ADM Women in Defence Awards – R&D Category.
