Timothy J. Milledge is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at Raytheon Australia and part-time doctoral researcher at the University of Technology, Sydney. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Engineering with research titled, “Uncrewed Systems for Undersea Surveillance: Techno-Economic Modelling of Future Naval Fleet Architectures”. Since joining Raytheon in 2008, Timothy has worked on numerous complex defence programs spanning the Maritime, Land, and Air domains. His current role is Combat System Architect for Australia's Collins Class Submarines. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and an RTX Certified Architect.
