Tom Charlton is a Defence and Security Consultant at PA Consulting. Previously, he served as an Armoured Infantry Officer in the British Army, leading and supporting operational teams in multinational environments, including deployments to Ukraine and Estonia. He is focussed on encouraging dialogue and sharing ideas to support collaborative efforts in defence and security.
