Eng Assurance
- Attendees will gain practical insight into how engineering assurance can be applied early in underwater programmes to support rapid and spiral development while reducing delivery risk.
- The session will demonstrate how subjects such as Secure by Design, spatial data integration, environmental and safety governance, and risk modelling aligned to JSP 655 can be addressed through an assurance-led approach to inform portfolio-level decision-making, investment planning and integration. It will also explore how assurance enables faster capability transition without compromising safety, regulatory standards or long-term viability.
- Drawing on real-world delivery experience, the session will show how assurance contributes to improved agility, modularity and system coherence in complex undersea environments.
