This session introduces the submarine ‘product lifecycle’, the nature of submarine support and the requirement for docking infrastructure.  It then describes two worlds, the first where this infrastructure is scaled correctly and delivers to time and the second where this is not the case.  It then goes on to introduce the role of In Water Engineering.
