Alfie Bass leads a large Future Capability focussed team in Integrated Combat Systems within BAES Submarines, based out of Frimley. He joined BAES in 2018 after a long career in the Royal Navy Submarine Service as a Weapon Engineer where he was fortunate enough take part in operations and lead teams across more than three decades, as well as deliver back desk capability management, front-line training and various MOD roles.
