Oshrit Harel serves as the Director of Systems Sales, where she is responsible for bringing new products from Systems Business Unit to market. She collaborates closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to commercialize acoustic array systems. Oshrit holds a B.Sc. in Advanced Materials Engineering and brings over 25 years of professional experience in technology leadership, R&D, engineering, integration, and project management across the fields of semiconductors, photonics, and nanotechnologies.

Before joining Sensor Technology, Oshrit was the Director of Advanced Materials and Process Innovation at Meta Materials Inc. for eight years. Prior to that, she worked as an R&D Process Engineer at Intel Electronics Ltd. Throughout her career, Oshrit has demonstrated excellence in technology and innovation leadership, leading technical teams in materials, chemistry, reliability, process, and equipment engineering.

She is highly skilled in guiding products through their life cycle, from ideation and R&D to product development (NPI), manufacturing, and commercialization. As a technology leader, Oshrit has also managed communications with customers, suppliers, and partners, working closely with technical and business development teams across various industries, including Aerospace, Security and Defence, Automotive, Electronics, and Display.
