With over 28 years in Defence, Civil Nuclear, and Oil & Gas, I've worked across engineering management, assurance, and technical delivery in some of the UK's most complex and safety-critical programmes. I'm currently Capability Director at Engage Technical Solutions, where I lead strategy and direction across our engineering, P3M, and digital services. A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of IMarEST, I'm also completing a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on growth in employee-owned Defence consultancies. Alongside my work, I remain active in the sector through charity and voluntary roles with the RBL and IMarEST.
