Phillip Loch
Phillip Loch is an RTX Technical Fellow with a focus on submarine combat systems and maritime uncrewed systems. In 1993, he joined Rockwell Ship Systems Australia as a graduate developing software for the original Collins Class Combat System. He joined Raytheon Australia in 2003 working in numerous chief engineer, chief architect, systems engineering and technology roles including Collins Class Replacement Combat System, AN/BYG-1 Combat Control System co-development with US Navy, Hobart Class DDG Combat System and the Schiebel S-100 Camcopter Maritime Uncrewed Aerial System (MUAS). His prior roles focused on software and systems engineering including Motorola Australia, BAE Systems Australia (Huon Class Minehunter Combat System), University of Technology - Sydney (UTS-Insearch) and Alcatel Australia. He is a member of the UDT Australia Technical Committee and an Adjunct Fellow of Macquarie University in Sydney Australia.
