Roy Wilson
(USA) Career Post-Command at Sea U.S. Submarine Warfare Officer with Department of War additional qualification designations for both Financial Management and Requirements Officer. After transitioning from US Navy active duty, Mr. Wilson led software development teams in Agile Software disciplines before becoming an senior advisor within the Office of the Undersecretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment in support of Naval Nuclear systems, where work culminated in establishment of the Sea Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear Armed (SLCM-N) program in 2024. After joining Raytheon in 2024, his efforts as an undersea warfare systems director has led to the increased developmental resourcing for key undersea programs, Mk 58 Compact Rapid Attack Weapon (CRAW), WSQ-46 Barracuda Autonomous Mine Neutralizer, and AQS-20 Towed Remote Mine Hunting System.
